Once you book, the booking is automatically confirmed. The night before your arrival, we will send you a photo of the driver, vehicle, and meeting point. Contact us once you arrive at the Punta Cana airport, after you have your luggage, and be on your way outside at +1 809-297-4405 for free with iMessage or WhatsApp. The driver will be parked at the parking lot waiting a few minutes from the meeting point for us to tell him to drive there. For flights arriving at terminal A, the meeting point is Jetlag, and for terminal B, it's Refugio.
If you do not contact us when you arrive at the airport, we will wait for you up to 1 hour after the flight on the booking had arrived; if not, this booking will be considered a no-show, and there is no refund. The driver will meet you at the meeting point with a sign with your name on it and our company's logo.
Please be aware that you may be approached by individuals at the airport trying to sell you other transportation services, excursions, time-shares, etc. Please do not engage in conversation with them, as they will try to mislead you, saying that you would get a refund if you go with them.
One day before your departure date, contact us to confirm your pick-up time. We will schedule your pick-up time so you may be at the airport 2:30 hours before the flight's departure. We will ask you for your room number to complete the driver's pick-up order. The driver will be at the pick-up location with your name on it, 5 to 10 minutes before the confirmed scheduled time. We give a 10-minute grace period after the confirmed pick-up time; if you are not at the agreed pick-up time, the driver will leave, and this will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given. Please ensure you are at the pick-up point at the agreed time.
